RA 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2013)

 RA 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2013) is a significant law that addresses the growing challenges of human trafficking was implemented to extinguish and punish human trafficking, especially to women and children. This law is ensures a better protection and support to the victims of trafficking. Its primary goal is to reinforce the fight against human trafficking.

The  law aims to provide a stronger approach to fighting trafficking, offering greater protection for victims and harsher penalties for those who are responsible of the crime. This served a  lot of importance as this law ensures that the victims of human trafficking is given the justice and immediate protection they needed. 

This law plays a crucial role in protecting every individual against human trafficking. With this law it helps create a better and safer environment for every individual. It ensure that every victim of human trafficking is given the justice they deserve and make it a powerful tool in fighting against human trafficking.

About I, Myself and My future Plans

 I am Jediel Rinnah Joy Arlantico, I was born on may 22, 2009, and I am 15 years old. I live in Cabaroan, Sta. Catalina Ilocos Sur, I am currently studying in Ilocos Sur National High School.  Our country faces significant challenges such as typhoons and since Philippines is along the Pacific Ring of Fire it is also prone to earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. The challenges faced by the Philippines also includes lack of education and poverty. In response, the Philippines established earl warning systems in order to alert the people in the place that the typhoon is gonna hit, this also helps them to prepare and evacuate immediately. Additionally, in response to the poverty and lack of education, the government tried to improve the Philippine's education through k-12 basic education program and in response to poverty, policies from the government helps promote economic growth.
